Jesus Christ has invited us to be the light of the world. Sometimes that looks like a candle put on a candlestick rather than hidden under a bushel. Sometimes it's a lamp with the wick trimmed and full of oil. But there is no reason that we have to stop there. As we increase our faith and redouble our efforts to let our light shine, our light can grow brighter and brighter and rise higher and higher to impact more and more people. Rather than brighten the lives of just a few people within the reach of our little candle, with the Savior's help we can send our light soaring into the sky like a brilliant firework. When we combine the influence of the Holy Ghost with modern technology and social media, we can spread our light to thousands or even millions.
